“The best laid plans of mice and men often go awry.” What a true statement! No matter how well you plan something, you should always expect the unexpected. Things like handling stress from the day job, coping with relatives and friends who have transitioned to the next plain of existence and dealing with life in general. Be prepared…as much as possible for what’s waiting just around the corner.

So here I am again starting over. The plan is to stick to the course even if obstacles show up in the path because the only thing of 2013 that has kept it’s course is my fitness plan. I’ve lost a total of 30lbs. Yay!! Now if I could just keep my butt in the chair and write…
Congrats on losing that 30 lbs. You must feel awesome. Way to go!!!
And I’ll be cheering you on as you get back on track with your writing goals. I know real life distractions are the biggest hurdle to overcome with writing, but hey, it sounds like you’ve got the discipline to do it based on your fitness results. 🙂
Thanks Mae. So far I’m writing daily…even if it’s just 250 words.
